NEW STAGE SHOW...The 5th BEATLE
The Fifth Beatle is a stage show written by Steve Petrie and Stevie Riks, telling the story of the "Swinging Sixties" through the eyes of one of the most charismatic, witty and enigmatic characters to emerge from the era - The late George Best.

The story starts in 1960 with a teenage George Best watching the world start to change, through the emergence of a youth culture revolution, providing the young George the opportunity to dream that maybe - just maybe - there is life outside the Cregagh Estate in Belfast.
The show features Billy J Kramer narrating the story as it takes the audience on a journey from 1960 to 1970 with Stevie Riks playing the lead and appearing throughout the show as The Beatles.
The Musical Director for the Fifth Beatle is Liberty Devitto - long time drummer for Billy Joel. Liberty has also worked with Paul McCartney, Meat Loaf, Karen Carpenter, Stevie Niks, Elton John and Billy J Kramer.
The story is told live on stage by the legendary Billy j Kramer.
Stevie Riks takes the lead as an astonishingly convincing George Best.
The show features some of Billy J's greatest hits and other songs written for or inspired by George Best.
The Show will Premiere in The United Kingdom in August 2011 and will head for New York City in September 2011.
